This is a family-friendly competition. You will be disqualified if any of the following occur:
Once we have received all the qualified entries, we will narrow it down to 20 contestants. We will pick 10 from the 4 State Trucks page submissions and 10 from the Chrome Shop Mafia page submissions. However, even if you enter on both CSM & 4 State Trucks Pages, you can only be chosen to represent one side.
You can only have 1 truck in the competition, but you may enter more than one truck for consideration.
You must be the driver/owner of the truck you are submitting.
Social Posts on 4 State Trucks & CSM will happen every Tuesday at 10 am & 2 pm. These posts will be left to run for voting until the following Monday at 10:00 am & 2 pm when the votes will be tallied and captured.
Once voting concludes, the results will be posted to https://chromeshopmafia.com/ and both Facebook Pages. This is the official count and will be used to determine who will move forward to the next post.
Each truck photo in the competition will have a designated letter. Votes for each truck will be determined by the count of comments of their letter.
Only votes on the post will be counted. Comments on the individual images will not count toward the result. Each round, the truck with the least number of votes will be eliminated.
*Amendment – Only one vote per person will be counted. Your first vote will be counted and all other votes will be null/void.
After each elimination, the highest ranking will move on until there is only 1 left for that timeslot.
The two timeslots will then compete to choose a PAGE Champion. There will be 2 Page Champions (one per brand page). Both will win bragging rights, but only one can win the Prize Pack!
The 2 Page Champions will go head-to-head to win the Prize Pack from FalconEye Dash Cam / 4 State Trucks / Chrome Shop Mafia.
Prizes cannot be returned/exchanged and have no cash value. You will be contacted for the correct shirt sizes before items are shipped. If you do not respond to our attempts to give you your prize pack after 30 days your prize is forfeited and will be given to the other page champion. If the other page champion does not respond the items are forfeited and will be kept and added to the prize pack the following year or sold as deemed by management.
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, hereby grant 4 State Trucks home of Chrome Shop Mafia, their affiliates, licensees, assigns, and other successors-in-interest, all rights of every kind and character whatsoever to my performance, interview, recordings, photographs, names, voice, likeness, biological materials and other information concerning me, images of my personal property, and/or other materials provided to, or taken, made or created by or on behalf of the above-mentioned companies.
I hereby authorize 4 State Trucks home of Chrome Shop Mafia and/or their designees to photograph and record me, my voice and/or the materials; to edit, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, create derivatives of and otherwise exhibit the materials in the above mention companies and or their designees’ sole discretion. The above-mentioned reserves the right to have unrestricted use of all media obtained to create promotional pieces for print production, web production as well as video production, and apparel. The above-mentioned companies and/or their designees may add special effects, sound effects, or music to the materials to incorporate them into shows or other programs. The above-mentioned companies may license others to use materials in various types of media as well.
I agree that 4 State Trucks home of Chrome Shop Mafia shall be the exclusive owners of all copyright and other rights and proceeds in and to the materials, and/or any work in which the materials are embodied, in connection herewith as a work-made-for-hire, and if not, I hereby irrevocably transfer, convey and assign all right, title and interest in and to the materials of the above mention companies.
I hereby release 4 State Trucks home of Chrome Shop Mafia and their respective affiliates, licensees,
contractors, assigns, and others directly or indirectly associated with the above-mentioned companies from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits costs, liabilities, and damages that I now or hereafter may have against the above-mentioned companies in connection with the materials or any exploitation thereof, including any liability based on personal property, residual, re-use, claim for further consideration or compensation for the materials or other right and I agree not to make
any claims against the above-mentioned companies in connection with any of the rights granted herein. I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I have the right to provide the materials to the above-mentioned companies, and the material will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
4 State Trucks home of Chrome Shop Mafia requests permission to photograph, video, record, and interview the undersigned person with all the rights discussed above.
