10am – Registration & Truck Parking Begins

Friday
8:00am – Registration Continues
Noon – Show Opens To The Public
2:00pm – Auction Cor Convoy/Parade Positions
4:30pm – Line-up For Top 25 Convoy Spots
6:00pm – Convoy Leaves Bottomley
6:30pm – First Truck Arrives In Downtown Mt.Airy
9:00pm – Light Show Begins As Trucks Arrive Back From Convoy To Bottomley’s
11:00pm – Show Closes For Evening

Saturday
8:00am – Truck Show Opens To The Public
10:00am – Score Sheets For Judging Must Be Turned In
2:30pm – Awards Begin At Stage
4:00pm – Check Presentation To Brenner Children’s Hospital
4:30pm-9:30pm – Live Music
9:30pm – Fireworks
