The GODFATHER

Here he is!  Our CSM ‘touring show truck’ for the 2008 event season….”The GODFATHER”
2007 Pete Legacy, #27 of 1000, powered by….what else? A 550 Cat with 18 speeder and 3.55 rears at a looooooooooonnnng 320” wheelbase!

Our build plan was the 1930’s-1940’s ‘gangster car look’, ya’ know like Bonne and Clyde!  Our fab crew went to work and custom built the full length running boards, the ‘step’ panels under the cab, shock box on the rear of sleeper, power-actuated frame cover, sun visor and a whole lot more!

The paint is simple, black and cream with a copper ‘breaker’ stripe. We added WTI rear fenders, 10” DynaFlex pipes, a Valley Chrome bumper, CSM rear lite bar and lastly, the 10” headlites really added to the look of the era. Then came the perfect finishing touch…Ryno sprayed a cool ‘Gangster/WiseGuy’ mural on the back of the 70” bunk!

This project would’ve never happened without the help of our good friends at Peterbilt of Louisiana!  The GODFATHER will be available for purchase in the fall/winter of 2008.  It will only have a few miles on it by then, so if you are an interested party…stay in touch!  There ain’t another one like this!
