Remove upper mirror bracket from cab.

Bolt visor together and utilize two people to hold the visor in the desired position. It is a good idea to put masking tape on the cab to prevent scratches.

“Tuck” visor up under mirror bracket.

Stand back and look at visor, making sure that the visor is in the desired position.

Mark the holes on the visor and drill accordingly.

Drill out factory “hucks”.

Install nut studs.
Photo 9.
Bolt center bracket on windshield center post and mark accordingly.
Photo 10.
Drill one hole in center bracket to cab. Mark the center bracket on the visor and drill accordingly.

Drill slowly through windshield center post.
Photo 12.
Put visor in final position and tighten all bolts.
