Guilty By Association Truck Show

We will coordinate a convoy that will start staging at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday October 1st at 10 a.m. The convoy will leave our facility and travel east on I-44 to Exit 11 (Flying J Exit), then head south on Hwy 71 to Neosho, MO and go west on Hwy 60 to Seneca, MO and turn north on Hwy 43 to return to 4 State Trucks-Chrome Shop Mafia. The trip should take approx 60-75 minutes to complete. Many area residents will line the sides of Hwy 43 to watch the Big Rigs roll by!

We encourage all trucks to monitor CB channel 33 on Saturday morning for smoother staging, coordination and faster re-parking. This is our first year to orchestrate a convoy and we want everyone to enjoy it and not be frustrated.

ALL trucks that want to join the convoy must register at the Special Olympics Tent directly in front of the CSM/4 State Trucks facility. Each truck is required to make a $100 donation to Special Olympics and will receive a ‘decal’ to put in your passenger windshield to show you are a CONVOY PARTICIPANT SUPPORTER! There will be a ‘silent auction’ until dusk Friday night at the Special Olympics tent where individuals/ fleets can submit their bid for the ‘top’ positions in the convoy.

We also need 40 drivers to submit their applications to let a Special Olympics athlete ride with them in their truck during the convoy.  Click here to download the volunteer form and fax it to us at 417-623-8941 attention: Jill. These 40 applications must be received before September 15th. We urge you to participate, as the folks TRULY LOOK FORWARD TO AND ENJOY riding in these trucks during the convoy! There is no extra cost to the driver for taking an athlete with them during the convoy!

The Special Olympics chapter will be providing a FREE PANCAKE BREAKFAST early Saturday morning for all convoy participants. When registering for the convoy, you will receive 2 breakfast coupons.
